I’m on a hiding second to none on this wedding. Horses, a quadbike, old barns, gravel roads, a bridesmaid called Mosquito (previously know as Muskiet) and an MC who was one of the first ever guests on Spies and Plessie. Add to that a group of family and friends who actually know how to ‘langarm’ to ‘Kaptein span die seile’ and you begin to get the picture. Then of course there was the photobooth we erected at The Sea Trader which had one and all having a complete blast. Oh, and fairly importantly, my the bride and groom, Jaco and Renata who epitomize the open, honest warmth of the West Coast. So you’ll forgive me for thinking I’d died and gone to heaven at this wedding. At one stage, Helen walked up to me and said: ‘wow, this wedding is awesome.’ I couldn’t have agreed more. And to be really honest, I’m still humming to the tune of  ‘Jessicaaaa…’
