Marc and Camilla, Wolfkloof Wine Farm, Robertson. It all started (as it so often does) at another wedding. I was at the Bluebird Garage in Muizenberg to shoot Kim and Greig’s wedding. You can see it over here. It was there, that I bumped into Greig’s delightful sister and bridesmaid Camilla. Now this bunch is not for the faint-hearted. For starters, Kim and Greig are creatives of note. Add Cam and Marc to the mix and you get a wonderfully wacky, somewhat zany, very energetic, enthusiastic couple who live life to the full – ever second of every day. How do I know this? Because there was a looooot of info that came out in some very funny speeches. But more than that, when it comes to the bridal party photos, you learn a lot about people. In every case, my couples are given the complete and utter freedom to just be who they are. Turns out I really didn’t need to do much as this mob went about the knitting. Cam was exceptional. Fun, giggles and laughter from start to end. She just threw herself into everything with complete abandon leaving the rest of us in hysterics. Not even the prospect of some very unseasonal rain was enough to dampen Cam’s spirit. I mean, take a look at Cam’s expressions in some of these pics – they just say it as it is! You’re the bomb girl! Marc my boy, if this is how your marriage has started, you’ll be enjoying Comedy Central with this family for the rest of your life. Good luck, you’re going to need it – I’ll be thinking of you bro.
