Lloyd and Lindsey, The Range, Constantia. So we have these longstanding mates, Judy and Elgin who live up the road from us. They’re of Irish origin which is somewhat tricky because any braai we’re invited to is never overly quiet. Look, it generally starts off somewhat subdued, but by the end of the day it’s a war zone. Someone will always be at the piano plonking away while the rest of the mob stand around singing Irish songs. It’s all very jovial and happy – sometimes ending in laughter, other times ending in tears of reminiscence. As for the food, it’s always quite sublime. Why am I telling you this? Well simply because Lind’s and Lloyd are Judy and Elgon’s long-suffering neighbours. Yeeeees, those wee social gatherings can get pretty loud at times. Anyway, Lind’s got hold of me to shoot their wedding but I’m already booked so that kind of ended there. But it didn’t stop us from heading up to The Range in Constantia for a bit of a photo session. Sticking Lind’s into bunches of wet leaves, getting her to climb into trees and dodging hairy spiders and dormant snakes was kind of a fairly cool Sunday afternoon form of entertainment. Well premier-pharmacy.com/product-category/pain-relief/ certainly for Lloyd and myself – not so sure if Lindsey was all that impressed, but she went with it anyway. And Lloyd, hope your mates don’t rip you off sideways with all the love and romance going on in the photos – nice work, kissie, kissie, huggy-huggy and all. So guys, here are a few of your photos. Good luck surviving another few years living alongside Jude’s and Elgie, and have an absolute cracker of a wedding day. Oh, and one last thing – there was once-upon-a-time a good Irish man called Ozzie who encouraged me endlessly to get into this fine business, and he would most definitely have left you with these words as you start your married life together…

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
