And what a shebang it is. Mussels in wine and onions, mussels with garlic butter, Weskus Haarders, braaied Snoek with potatoes and patats, Waterbloemmetjie Bredie, Smoked Angelfish, Stompneus, Crayfish, freshly baked bread (cooked in fire ovens before your eyes), jams – you get the idea – casual, informal, relaxed stuff.
